Description
What is Enriched Air?
Enriched air (EANx), also known as Nitrox, contains less nitrogen than regular compressed air. Breathing less nitrogen offers several benefits to divers:
- Extend your bottom time (which might mean longer dive times)
- Shorten surface intervals
- Dive deeper on repetitive dives
- Increase your safety levels when diving with Nitrox and using an air dive profile
Prerequisites
- (Junior) Open Water Diver certification
- 12 years old or older
- Sign up for your PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver E-Learning here!
- (Please note: the online course is an additional fee paid directly to PADI - not included in our cost.)
